"Will NEVER be a client of Truman Trail State Farm. I asked for quotes and received the information I needed from another company. I received a text from 2 different people from the same agency. I stated to remove me off of their phone list. Ana responded with a "don't you want a quote?" to which I replied to take me off of their phone list. She responded AGAIN and told me to reach out...NO I DONT WANT YOUR SERVICE. I again asked to be removed from their phone list. Ana responded again stating I was only getting the texts because I asked for the quote...maybe so, but when someone asks to be removed, it does not give authorization for you to continually harass a potential client with unwanted texts when it made it clear I wanted to no business with you (ANA) or the company."
