"I purchased my car insurance in May and explicitly told them I was moving to California. The representative, Brianna, repeatedly assured me that my monthly rate would stay the same after the move. However, as soon as I updated my California address, State Farm doubled my premium. This is highly misleading and unprofessional. I feel completely misled and misinformed by their staff. I will not be doing business with State Farm ag"
